Yep, that one got me at first also. Anything less then 15 minutes including a 0 is considered 15 minutes.

I appreciate the info. My mistake for assuming consistency in the meaning of a '0' in a field like this to mean unlimited like it does in credit limits and some others.
Thanks,
Ed

Every User has a timeout limit. If their Vantage login is inactive for this amount of time, then their license becomes available. If all your licenses are taken, then the next person who logs in will take their "now available" license. When the use who lost his license due to timeout tries to get back into Vantage they will get this message if there are not more free or available licenses. You can set a users Session Timeout Minutes in the User Account Maintenance.

Subject: [Vantage] Session timeout
Our users have started receiving an error message "Session timed out and no more licenses are available" intermittently throughout the day. This is not just going to a new user logging in that may exceed the license count but rather going to multiple users who were already logged in early in the day. What is causing this message and how do we shut it down from display on everyone's computers besides buying more licenses?
Thanks,
Ed
