Set up a Shipping Staging warehouse

Do you have Advanced Material Management? If I remember correctly it is
required to stage shipments. We don't use it tight now but I have played
with it.

Is there any specific way to setup a staging warehouse for shipping. The
reason we want to do this as we have orders that stock items the inventory
is not being relieved as the inventory items may not leave that day.
