Our material handlers (the ones that issue parts to the job) do not have access to Job Entry. Only Job Tracker. We do not want them updating Jobs.
Would like to be able to flag a job material as Issued Complete without issuing any quantity. In both Mass Issue and Issue Material screens you can check the Issued Complete box but you have to enter a quantity > 0. Does anyone have experience getting around this?

I did a personalization on Job entry to show the issue complete in the material grid. This works for a small number of users.
I also made an updatable baq. You are welcome to the baq if you want.

Thanks for the tips. We have an "under issued" materials dashboard and I can make it updateable from there like you suggest. I just wish our material handlers could click the box when they are issuing materials and they know the job really doesn't need them.
I added the field JobMtl.IssuedComplete right on the Job Entry / Job Details / Materials / Details screen.
We can then mark a Material item complete Right from the Job without trying to do a transaction to correct.
This has work without issue for the past year, I don’t know why you wouldn’t want it on this screen to begin with.
Audit Log can track changes if needed.
How’s that for a work around?
