Our company have several customers that purchases special packages that entitles them for certain Discounts (discounted service, Parts etc.) for the duration of the Packages. They can renew them at the end of the period if needed.
I want to make the discounts apply for example when we create sales order for such a customer while they are in the active period for that package.
Im new to Epicor and currently learning, a general Idea for approaching this requirement would be very helpful. Thanks!
