I have been attempting to get our Sales Order Acknowledgement to
automatically print based on certain criteria when an order is entered
or imported through Service Connect. I have read and followed the
instructions posted on this site but I am still unsuccessful.
Everything seems straightforward to me except the network path when
setting up the printer. I have tried the IP Address as well as the UNC
path with no luck.
I could use some guidance on getting this to work if anyone is using
this functionality. Thanks in advance
