Shipment tracker

Hello All, I am new to Epicor environment and trying to learn as much I can.

I tried customer shipment tracker and other tracker but couldn’t find the option to filter out.

My question is, Is there anyway to only see the parts shipped out of facility which has only operation of FAI line and Document line. Now it showing all the parts which are shipped out and it’s a long list.

@adnanu Welcome. The short answer is probably, but we will need more information. What version are you on? It helps to set that in your profile. How familiar are you with BAQs or SQL queries?

Parts don’t have operations so where is the data that determines the FAI line and Document line operation?

Example: I am using epicor ERP 10.2.700.2 version and have access to the kinetic version too. This is the operations I see on job tracker.

I have beginner knowledge of SQL queries, I can understand the queries if I see it. I am learning BAQ for the first time, still figuring out how to use it.

If you know any learning platform, please let me know I would really appreciate it. I will update my profile soon.

If you right-click on the dark grey line where is says Operations and select Show Grid Filters, you will get a little filter icon next to the column titles. Click on the one next to PrimaryResourceGrpID and scroll the list to find FAI. Click on FAI and it will show only FAI records.

@adnanu Make sure you have downloaded the ICETools_UserGuide_102700 from EpicWeb. Also the online help has baq examples with sub queries which is what you are likely to need to make this work.

Just to be clear about the purpose of this is to list all parts shipped that were produced on a job with FAI operations. Do we need to find both or are they always together?

We need to figure out the relationship from your shipment to your job. Are you all make to order? Are you lot tracked?

Yes, “the purpose of this is to list all parts shipped that were produced on a job with FAI operations” as you quoted and 99% of the time they are together.

All are make to order or sometimes make to stock if production making extras.

I will try if I can download the guide.

Thank you so much for the help.
