Shipper problem

We have the same problem here. We ship several parts to be anodized, but we
have a lot price for all the parts as a group. We enter one a quantity of 1
in the sub-contract operation. We then list in the comments (also purchasing
comments) that this "lot" contains the following pieces and then list
quantity and description. It has worked with limited success.

Hope this helps.

Our company has not found a way. We normally send a copy of our job
traveller listing the components being issued. The other way is to list in
line comments the parts included in your kit number. We have the same
problem when shipping salesorders to customers. We often get calls on what
the one part number on the packing slip includes. Again, we have had to list
these components in line comments so the customer knows what he is suppose
to receive.
