&quot;simple&quot; shipping documentation request.  How do you enter a non-inventoried<br/>
part for return and create the documentation for our records and to send<br/>
with it?  It was a repair part that was not correct.  It was purchased with<br/>
a PO.  <br/>

Our &quot;old&quot; system had a place to enter a record for anything that was<br/>
shipping out that didn&#39;t have a packslip.  Gosh, I sound like one of our<br/>
more disgruntled, older users by even mentioning the &quot;old&quot; system!!!!<br/>
