When we are drop shipping the From should show the customer that we are drop shipping for. But instead it shows my company as the From. I checked the customer maint and everything looks right. Wondering waht I am mising.
It is probably report level then. I would check the report and edit as necessary.
@jkane I’ll check. This I didn’t mention, but it appears this is the only company affected. All the other shipping labels are correct. If it is report level, not sure what would be causing it to only affect one customer.
