Shop load capacity incorrect after calendar change

Hello,

We recently changed the calendar on one of our resource groups as we added a 2nd shift, but I cannot get the shop capacity report to reflect this change as it’s still holding onto the previous calendar.

The previous calendar was a 6 day/7 per, for a total of 42 hours.
The new is a 5 day/15 per, which should net us 75 hours a week.

As shown, the shop load report is hanging onto that old calendar. I have run the ‘Generate Shop Capacity Process’ numerous times with no change. I submitted a ticket with Epicor support a few weeks ago and they have nothing to offer so far. I’m a missing something or has anyone seen this behavior before? This is the first time I’ve tried to change a schedule on a resource, so I’m not sure where I went wrong nor what to expect. Thanks!

The calendar can be applied at several levels. While you may have updated the production calendar for your resource GROUP, it may also be applied to the individual resources inside the group.

Oh! And you may need to reschedule jobs to take into account the new production schedule.
