Shop Load

Unless there is a box to tick or some such thingto make it work, it seems that the ShopLoad table is sort of useless.

It is supposed to be a summary of the Shop Load but swings rather violently about. I ran the conversion program to rebuild it, but it then gets radically reduced when some small amount of labour is entered.

What am I missing? We are on 9.05.700C.

Want to pose a couple questions to the Vantage gurus that the Operations
Manager asked me. We
are currently running Vantage 5.10.125 Progress 9.1C.

The first question pertains to the shop load hours report and if it always
includes setup times on the
report.

The second question is if we ship past due a partial shipment, will shipping
the remainder cause
an addition to the percent of on time delivery.

Thanks for any help
Todd
Has anyone attempted to a Crystal report that mimics the Shop Load
report? I am trying to get the hours in the correct day or week
buckets.

Thanks,

Has anyone created a Crystal version of the Shop Load report? Our
company has created a couple of manufacturing cells to only work on Jobs
for our largest customers. I need to create a shop load report only for
specific parts. I can create a report that will calculate my load for a
single date range. But how can I group it to say give me my load for
each day in a week, I have the formula to give me the load for the week
but I need to break it down to each day.

Thanks,
