The Sidlabl table is created in for each form (PO, Packing Slip,
SO, Quote, etc.) each time it's printed. If you have the language
module (which we don't) you should be able to switch to spanish
and have the report spit out a Spanish form.
I have replaced some of our labels with English text objects or
formulas. If the form will only be used in Spanish you could just
replace the labels.
