Simple question - No record selected error on standard reports?

Sorry I have a feeling I’m missing something simple/obvious but can’t figure it out…

I’m trying to run some (I think) standard reports and keep getting an error, no record was selected(see video below). Am I missing a simple / obvious step? If not any suggestions on troubleshooting why it appears I selected a part but I am still getting a no record selected error(I’m seeing this on a couple of different reports).

The quickest answer I can come up with is that the part you are selecting has no inventory transactions. Do you see anything on the part transaction history tracker for that part?

Looks like the user “dana” got one to work.

Other things to check:

  • site/plant
  • filters on the other tabs (clear defaults, if they automatically fill)
  • Security settings, territory settings
