Ask you system administrator if you have personalization authority. If you do not then it will be impossible to save the changes you made.

once you made the change did you click on the save icon in the personalization screen? additionally, once you have created a customization, you will need to assign that customization to load from the menu item - this is done from menu maintenance.

I have a question that is probably fairly simple for the group.

I want to go to order entry and highlight the part description so that it is yellow (in other words it sounds out from the rest of the form). I go into personalization and change it, click ok, but it doesn't save it.

What am I missing?
