Has anyone using Single Sign-On noticed an undue resource spike on their RDS server? We just upgraded another internal company to 10.2, and the RDS server’s CPU and RAM usage are off the charts. It is causing sluggishness, non-connections, lock ups, and session boots at its worst. The only thing different we have done from other company upgrades in add single sign-on to the mix. We are running in a VM environment, with the standard Epicor suggested resources for our amount of users, which is identical to the 10.0 environment we upgraded from. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or if there are any suggestions for settings to further look at.
Thanks,
David
