As previously announced, the Southern California Vantage Users Group will be
meeting on Tuesday November 27th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The meeting will
be held in the HR Tiered Training Room at 195 Technology Drive in Irvine
(Epicor).
The agenda will be as follows:
Introductions
Perspectives Report - Lydia Coffman from Canyon Engineering
Vantage 5.1 Features and future directions- Nancy Brehmer from Epicor
Report Showcase - A chance for users to show off their "favorite" reports
Round Table discussion of user issues
Wrap up
For the Report Showcase section, any user who would like to share a report or
reports is asked to please bring a sample overhead(s) so that the group can view
while you discuss. Also, if you will bring a floppy drive with the report
library, I will post to the SoCal VUG files area on Yahoo Groups so that any
interested users can download. If you don't have any specific reports but would
like to share any tips on report creation that would be great too! These
reports can be either Report Builder or Crystal.
For the Round Table session, depending on turnout, we may break into smaller
groups based on interest (e.g. new users/implementation issues, production
issues, financials, "techy", etc.)
For anyone interested in a post meeting dinner or libations, the Irvine Spectrum
Entertainment complex is located across the street.
