Our production planner brought up examples of orders where some line releases aren’t firm, but others are… Any idea what would cause that? Looks like this one was pushed from a quote to an order.
I don’t see anything on Quote Entry about firm lines. If I create an order from a quote, the line is firm. I even tried the same part number too… Trying to figure if it’s systemic, or the someone doing something different they shouldn’t…
