Hello - Just today we are unable to use UPS collect accounts with some customers but it works fine with other customers UPS collect accounts. For these customers with issues we were able to ship okay just a few weeks back.
The exact message from Customer Shipment Entry reads like this
120412 The shipper cannot use the provided UPS account number as the payment method
Any help would be great. I’m not sure if this is an Epicor 11.2.4 / Quick Ship or UPS issue. There have been no system changes that we are aware of.
