Some UPS collect accounts do not work

Hello - Just today we are unable to use UPS collect accounts with some customers but it works fine with other customers UPS collect accounts. For these customers with issues we were able to ship okay just a few weeks back.
The exact message from Customer Shipment Entry reads like this
120412 The shipper cannot use the provided UPS account number as the payment method

Any help would be great. I’m not sure if this is an Epicor 11.2.4 / Quick Ship or UPS issue. There have been no system changes that we are aware of.

This sometimes happens with UPS and FedEx accounts. There are a lot of different restrictions and a customer can put on their shipping account. They could be over their credit limit with the carrier. They could have restrictions on package weight or destination UPS and FedEx both have also started requiring full billing addresses when you send the account number.
