Yes they have, and for those of us that happen to bounce back and forth between 8.03x and 905.504 environments its tough to have to go back to the old Phrase Builder approach in 8.03. You realize how basic it was...

Not sure who's had access to version 9, but the BAQ area is greatly
improved. It has a drag-n-drop interface for tables, a great environment for
calculated fields (intellisense, list of tables/fields you can click on,
formulas/aggregates you can click on, etc)
