Folks... DEFRAG.... isse WE are experiencing with Vantage
We at USA Industries have been having problems lately since we
upgraded to version 404 and it may have initiated prior to this, but
it's now taking it's toll.
The problem we resolved is the incredible amount of files that are
becoming fragmented on our workstation and server. We are now having
to defrag at least once a week.
This will speed up your system. Why this is a problem all of a
sudden, baffles me. I have hardly ever had to defrage pc's and I am
pretty experienced at them. In the past, I would do a defrage once
every 6 months and once you did a defrag, it stayed that way.
It really boils down to three things that's going on...
