Is anyone using Spreadsheet Server while on Kinetic Cloud?
We are having a connection issue. I am sure it is a whitelist or port or IP that needs to be open. If anyone has successfully connected and can tell me what needed to be open that may help me. We go live next week.

When you are installing SS, you are asked what elements you want to install. Be sure to select Cloud Connector as well, that piece will allow you to select your Epicor URL and that should be it. Unless your company is running specific firewall rules or blocked some ports you will need to check on those.
I’ll take a look at the documentation I have and let you know if I was able to find something in specific.
