We have a report style for Payment Entry, ‘EFT Remittance’, in Payment Entry when AP clicks ‘Process Payments’ and then Print, remittance pdfs are emailed out to each supplier’s email address in that payment group.
This has stopped working in the browser.
The SSRS Breaking/Routing section is greyed out, i couldn’t disable it even if i wanted to. I cannot find a menu item for this either, where do i go to find this rule to see if anything is wrong with it?
SSRS Breaking/Routing is in Power Tools. It’s not in the browser, yet.
So a month ago when you said this i was able to view it once i installed power tools, can’t remember if i did anything special. Now that i’m needing to look at another one with routing rules i open power tools, advanced print routing and it’s still greyed out when i go to the report style.

Yes.
Only way to get there is to re-enable the classic menu, use the client then the design button appears and i can get into the design builder. Kinetic power tools does not allow me to access the breaking/routing rules
Did you check power tools after you reenabled the menu item?
So i talked to an Epicor guy at Insights…you can only make changes/view the Breaking/Routing rules in the classic screen. We had moved over all our menu items to Kinetic, power tools was pulling up the Kinetic UI and therefore you could not access the design option for rules.
So for anyone else…if power tools opens Kinetic UI…close and change the menu item back to ‘user choice’.
