SSRS: Distinct in Table

I have a report I am trying to finish up and need to do a distinct on a field. How do I do this? I do not want to rewrite the query as its the Master Pack query and not a fan of messing with it to much.

Yes. In the report, insert a table, then use an expression to only pull distinct.

Now that I think of it, I could just group the table by that and hide everything but the grouping…

You can add tablixes inside of tablixes, have you ever experimented with that?

And then you can group your nested tablix by that field and you’ll have a distinct list.

I do believe that filters/groups come into play when nesting tablixes, but have a look for yourself.
