SSRS / Epicor 10 reports not comming

I found the problem in the agent task. Now the reports are working.

Thanks!

Hi All,

We believed that we followed all the directions in the user guide to install SQL and SSRs and to create the Application Server including the SSRS, but when submitting any report within Epicor 10, the report can be seen in the system monitor in the scheduled tasks tab, but it will never show up in the screen (no matter what format: pdf, csv, etc.). If we open with IE the SSRS portal, we see the root folder and subfolders, and the the Epicor standard reports, and if we click on any of them, will ask for parameters such TableGuids (?).

Any idea of what might be wrong?

Daniel Dell'Aquila

Does it go from scheduled task to active to reports? Or does it just stay scheduled? If so your system agent isn't setup properly.

Hi Jose,

No. It does not go to reports. It does stay in scheduled. We think the set up is correct, but what do you think can be wrong with the system agent?

Thanks.
