Please i need your help reports are stuck on generating old reports, how we can clear them i went to system agent but its not working when i refresh it keeps showing.
I have seen this happen when someone “hard codes” the GUIID into the Dataset (usually to make testing easier).
also, you may want to try Actions → Remove Defaults.
