One of our companies uses SSRS for check printing and the other uses Crystal. The check printing works fine in the company using crystal but for some reason the company using SSRS once you click print to print the AP checks Epicor crashes. We open Epicor and use system monitor to print preview and print the checks but we can’t understand why it’s crashing. It does so ever time without fail. We checked the Event Viewer and got useless stack overflow errors one citing KERNELBASE and that’s about it.
Have you tried to print it from a different PC?
Everytime I had jibberish KERNELBASE errors it was because .NET somehow was corrupt and I had to completely uninstall it, then install it again (repair never helped).
Odd are you using MICR Checks or just pre-printed Stock Checks?

Have not tried from another PC we can do that next not a bad idea. They are all just pre-printed checks.
What happens if you close the system monitor before printing? Does the client still crash?
If not, does it crash upon restarting the System Monitor?
