I am trying to add 2 fields to the Obsolete Stock report (a custom field we added to the lot table and the part table). I have never used SSRS and just have the instructions from Epicor on customizing a report but it doesn’t talk about subreports. I added the table and fields I need to the Data Definition and am trying to add them to the report. They show up on the main report but not in the subreport where I need to put them as they are lot specific. How do I modify the fields available in the subreport?

You should be able to open the sub report and make the needed changes there.
I open the sub report but the 2 fields I added to the data definition in Epicor don’t show up. They only show up in the main report. Is there a special way to open the sub report from the main report?

With subreports I suggest just adding an entirely new data source and dataset, and making the query by hand.
