SSRS User access issues

Hello All,

I am in need of guidance of how to get access to the folders in our server for our report builder.

i contacted our external IT company to give me access to our server/reportserver, however it has not gone the best and now he has given me full access to the reports section of the server, so that i can work with the reports.

Currently when i open the report builder, or an internet browser and go to the webadress that i have been given to access the sever so i can see the reports all i get is a blank area where reports should be.

i was curious if there is any other places that our external IT guy should look to give me access to get me access to see the reports?

This may be incidental, but I can only view my report definitions folder in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Microsoft Edge nor Chrome web browsers allow me to access full function and connection to Report Builder.
Could this be your issue?
