We have a group of 3 to 4 employees working on one job. We would like to punch in the entire group, at once, to the setup or production activity, while accumulating the time specific to each employee. Has anyone seen this?
There is no built-in “team” in labor entry…
If I were told to spec something like this out… i would probably add a UD field to the LaborHed that would hold the person’s current “team”… Then in the “Start Production” process, I would add a custom field for “team start” which would trigger logic that would start production for all people who had an active LaborHed, and were members of that team.

What do I need to do to make this happen?
I’ve done a custom like this for a customer. I started with a UD table to build the “team”. My custom form allows customer to build/edit teams. Then they can select an entire to team to record a labor entry against. Aside from the team building, you only need a LaborAdapter.
In my case I was creating an actual labor entry, not just a clock in, but same general concept.
