I'm not sure but wonder whether they use a license that could be suspended because you're over the limit. I've seen user sessions active in Epicor but without a session on Citrix so always assumed they're the System Monitor, which needs to be on for the baloons.

Is a local thing. When you clear the program data folder, it will stop working because the settings are stored there.
