I'm not sure but wonder whether they use a license that could be suspended because you're over the limit. I've seen user sessions active in Epicor but without a session on Citrix so always assumed they're the System Monitor, which needs to be on for the baloons.

So uncheck the boxes close the properties window, open it check them again?

Is a local thing. When you clear the program data folder, it will stop working because the settings are stored there.

Anyone ever have the status balloons stop working from system monitor. Check boxes are checked many users are experiencing this issue. I’m not sure when it started because I never use them and I’m sure I’m hearing about it months later.
