You have to just do this.  We didn’t want to reschedule because we don’t allow backdates.  If you reschedule your job op dates are no longer the same.

1.       Unrelease Job

2.       Note Prod Std.

3.       Change Operation to anything ( Change the operation in question)

4.       Save

5.       Change back operation to original

6.       Enter Prod Std.

7.       Save

8.       Release.

We had this error and Epicor had me change the time on the production calendar we were using. We don’t schedule to the hour, so I had clicked hours 1-7 for 7 hours of capacity per shift. Epicor had me change to 6-12 for the seven hours and the message went away.

When I looked at the job/sequence in question in the ResourceTimeUsed table the time was either zero or went backwards for that operation.

The original suggestion from Epicor was to unscheduled/reschedule the job which does work to align the time again, but several a day of that gets old quickly.

We had an error come up that says “Internal error.  Scheduling dates in RESOURSETIMEUSED file are not consistent for Job 30702-a3 Assembly 5 Sequence 30.    It would not let us enter a production labor qty, this message keeps popping up.  Any ideas what causes this?????
