We have one user, who is trying to run some reports such
as the Sales analysis, and Scheduled shipments,
(Progress version of Standard Vantage Reports) and when
he tries to print, nothing happens. He even did
a print preview, and that didn't do anything either.
When he hits the print button (or when I did), the printer
selection box never pops up. He is able to print custom
reports that we have added to the menus. And he was
able to print these same reports 2 weeks ago, on Vantage 3
before we did a Vantage 5 upgrade. As you can tell, he's a
frequent user......
Any suggestions? Where do I even start? Thanks.
