If we have an subcontract operation, how can I tell how many pieces have
been ship to the vendor and how many have been returned?

Is there a place in Vantage to see this? What tables would I get this
information from?

SubShipD and SubShipH on the outgoing....PORel.ReceivedQty on the return.
Incase you still have ReportBuilder to view a report I will send you (off-list) a PRL with a report that tracks what's outside. Might be a good starting point.
