Subject: Crystal Reports reading by different users - RE: [Va n

I have saved it in the server directory - that's for sure. This is the only
place we keep these reports.

Sounds like your revised copy was saved to your local disk. When vantage
calls for the report it may look into your local directory (VntgWork?,
Temp?) first then look in the server directory. You get the new report
but
everyone else gets the old one.

Did you make sure you set the new report as the default in the "report
style" maintenance?

Subject: Crystal Reports reading by different users

I made some changes to the Job Traveler Crystal report a few days ago.
During this time all users logged in and out Vantage at least two-three
times. However, I am still the only one who can print Job Travelers with
changes made - all other users print Job Traveler as so the reports has
never been changed.

I tried to do different things. E.g., I removed files from the vntgwork
directory of some users; I replaced these files with files from my
vntgwork
directory - it did not make any difference.

The bottom line is: that different users print the same report in
Vantage -
and get different documents.

Why can it happen? What can I do to fix it?

Thank you very much for your help
