Rebecca,
This is the information I got from Support.
I'm sorry the patches are at the FTP site. You need to log in with your
Site ID and password.
If you have any problems, give support a call. It might be best to give them
a call anyway.
Nancy

The information on Crystal and the patches are as follows:
Crystal Reports 8.5
Technical Support Information
Crystal Reports version 8.5.2.718
The version of Crystal that comes on your CD, is version 8.5.0.217.
This version needs to be patched up to 8.5.2.718 which can be found on our
FTP site.
ftp://ftpmpls.epicor.com\MFG6\Crystal\crystal85_all_patches.zip
There are three patches in this file. All of them will need to be applied
to your CR 8.5 program, in the following order:
CR85mainwin0902_EN.zip
scr8_distr_expert.exe
Crystal Decisions Database and Export Patch.exe
The installation of Crystal Reports is always done on a workstation(s) that
will be doing the developing and designing of the reports. It is almost
never installed on the server. The installation is very straightforward,
you will install it to the default location which is C:\Program
Files\Crystal Reports.
Two very important documents on how to get connected to the database
are:
Page # 3436MPS - Which explains how to modify existing forms.
Page # 2771MPS - Which explains how to create an ODBC connection for
connecting to our Progress database to write reports from scratch.

Nancy,
Where did you get the patches from Epicor? I am only on Crystal 8.5.0.217,
and that was after downloading the patch this morning that was on EpicWeb.
Thanks,
Rebecca
