Sum of field in query designer

Hi Aaron,

How about creating a group in Crystal on the part number, put all the
information that you want to display into the group footer then hide the
group header and details section.

Regards,

Linda

Subject: [Vantage] Sum of field in query designer

My boss is wanting to have a report available to print that shows all
stock with an OnHand QTY > 1 and the avg cost of that material.. I have
the query generated that returns that information through Part, PartCost
and PartQty.

My Issue is that I need for the query to return the SUM of the PartQty
OnHandQty field instead of a line for every warehouse/bin. Can someone
help me out? I know I can do a group by in dashboard or tracker view,
but that doesn't really solve my issue for generating a Crystal report.

Thanks,
Aaron
