We have set up supplier GL controls for our expense vendors, the idea being that once the AP Specialist enters the vendor number, the GL Account would automatically be populated in the G/L Analysis tab of Invoice entry.
We know this worked at one point because our procedures contain screenshots showing the field populated. However, it is now not working and am not sure why… Right now it is pulling in the error account instead of the actual GL account.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I am stumped.
