We have had this happen a couple times over the years (and various versions) and I can never explain it but supplier price list parts will disappear as in deleted. I have a copy of our database from last october where supplier X has 109 parts and in our production database there are only 46 for the same supplier. I did perform an upgrade in there from 200 to 600 but I can’t say if in the past when it happened it happened around an upgrade. I am going to upgrade our testing database to 600 to test that theory. Anyone else ever seen this?
Yes we have had this happen to us as well. We were on 200 when this happened.
Well I’m already on 600 with my testing database and all records still there. Have not run conversions yet, just the DB upgrade. I suspect upgrade is not the cause of it. We also started seeing it happen on 200+
Wasn’t conversions either. So nothing in the upgrade process kills those. I got nothing.
