When I need to see a price/cost on Part I go to the Part and click the overflow menu and select Supplier Price List. The screen loads, but data does not load. Whereas I can see the price in the below path Material Management > Purchase Management > Setup > Supplier Price
Any idea ? Why its not showing in the part overflow menu.
I would double check the “effective date” on the price list.
For example, the price list may be effective 9/30/2024… but the price list won’t show up initially on the Part record as the form loads defaulting to today’s date of 9/25/2024.
When you load it on the Part… are you looking at the “ALL” view?
Just ruling out a personalization isn’t pushing you to look at Subcontract and not All, for example.
Is it just this one part? Does it ever work (with a different part number)?
We found this issue in one part at this moment.
Yours looks rather different. Is it a customized layer?
Here is mine (2023.2):
No customized layer.
Ah OK, this is 2024.1. It DOES look different.
Yep, mine seems to be broken also in 2024.1.
