%surcharge on each invoice

They hand key in the amount. Sorry, didn't know that till I asked.

What is the easiest/best/quickest way to add a line to each invoice
that would calculate a surcharge % x total invoice. If this is a
custom program, is anyone already using it, and where did you get
it? I realize my other option is to make the calculation on a
report, then it would manually need to be entered, but I was hoping
for an automated means. (due to metal prices)

We created a Metal Surcharge within our Miscellaneous charges. Our
Invoice then prints the Miscellaneous charge on the Invoice and adds
it to the invoice total at the end. We do our surcharge by the part.

'We do our surcharge by the part.' Is there a way to make it
automatically figure the surcharge amount, or do you have to hand
calculate it?
