Suspended Cost/Rollup

Hi,

We have a number of jobs that have been marked as “Suspended Rollups” (UnReadyCostProcess = 1 in the db). Does anyone know how to turn this off as it started happening after the 10.1.500 upgrade and is’nt a feature we remotely want or want turned on as it’s causing AVG costed jobs to not cost rollup.

Hi,

We are in the same position. We just upgraded from Epicor 10.0.700.4 to 10.2.200.4, and we are occasionally getting jobs that are marked as Suspend Cost Roll-ups. Is there a way to disable this functionality, so that cost roll-ups are never suspended?

Epicor support has notified us there is no way to disable this functionality. We resorted to a work-around of engineering all newly created jobs by default and allowing changes to engineered jobs. If the job is engineered, then it is much less likely to go into the Suspended Cost Roll-Up state.
