We’ve been using Open4 linked with Epicor for quite some time. As I understand Epicor recommended Open4 to many of its’ clients. Recently Epicor has separated it’s partnership with Open4.
We’re now switching to the Open4 upgrade–iCON. Apparently Unicorn HRO doesn’t have a link available for Epicor with the new system.
Does anyone else use iCON with Epicor/MES? If so I’d like to pick your brain. Thanks!
