You can use the Admin Tools on the Vantage server to see who is logged in and kick them off if need be.
You can use BAM to log changes to just about any field in any table. The log will have what field was changed, when it was changed, what it was before and after, and who changed it. The only down side is if the record is deleted (for example the order was deleted) the log is lost.

Subject: [Vantage] System Manager Security Issues
Â
As a System Manager am i able to see who is logged in Vantage at an specific time?In our company we are barely implementing the security management to disable or enable user to access different tables in Vantage. Lately , Ive been noticing that some users are changing delivery dates in order to avoid delays in their jobs. Any ideas how can I find out the list of users who made changes in a field?
TIA
