System Monitor Error

Images don't come through on the board, so no one knows what those errors
look like.

However, if you literally only have those two menu items available to them,
then that is your problem, you need to make sure all users can see and
access the System monitor through menu maintenance otherwise you will get an
error similar to what it seems like you have described.

I have created a custom folder with a custom security code in the main menu
tree for our HR department because they only need access to employee setup
and employee badge. When the HR users log in, they are able to see the two
screens that they need, but they receive the error message below and the
system monitor doesn't start. Which means they cannot print the employee
badges. These users are created the same way all other users are created and
have the same rights on their computers. Has anyone seen this issue before?
