Two of my clients are experiencing the System Monitor popping up when using the classic configurator from Kinetic.
Epicor support indicated to one client that this is caused when there is “network disruption between legacy Kinetic client and the Epicor app server”.
Any one else experiencing this?

Never seen that before in 2023.1, 2023.2, or 2024.1. Are they on cloud? There was that recent update.

I have seen this if you are on RDS and your session gets disconnected. You log back in to the open session and it system monitor pops up.
Only noticed this since 2023.2

I’ll check with the one client, for me I am using the Kinetic Client for the other client, no VPN, no RDS.
