# System wide default for Tax Liability

We use Avalara / Tax Connect and 99.9% of all orders and invoices will use the same Tax Liability - as Avalara handles everything.

I see that you can set a Tax Liability for each Customer and their ShipTo's.  This will automatically set the Tax Liability on orders and invoices.  

But is there a way to make our one tax liability the default for everything?  Or at least make it the default for new customers and Ship To's.  And I mean other than a customization or BPM.
