Taking 20 mins to open invoice tracker first time

We had an issue like that a while ago where it took 6 minutes to open and retrieve the first record, a dump and load of the database cured the problem.

Hello,

Does anyone have an issue with Vantage where by the first time Invoice tracker is opened on a client PC in can take in excess of 20 mins? Once you have viewed at least one invoice, it is ok. However, the next day, users have to run through the same issue.

Any ideas?
