Hi all,

Does anyone know how to create a task set with milestones that do not need to be completed to complete the last one and create the sales order (checkbox on task detail)? We have a task set with about 7 tasks (milestones) and don’t want the require the users to complete all of them in order to complete the last (or any others).

The tasks are not marked as mandatory but I cannot complete any without completing the previous task.

I have tried multiple different setups and cannot get it to work.

You can void a task and move to the next one right?

You have a couple choices -

  1. On the milestone - check it as win allowed
  2. Set Next Milestone to the final step to allow you to skip some steps.
