# Tax Connect when moving from V8 to E10

We're migrating to E10 from V8, and during setup of E10 I realized that our E10 license does not include Tax Connect (via Avalara), when our V8 one did.

Does E10 require a different module or something for Tax Connect?

And yes, I allready put in a call to our Epicor rep.  I'd post what I kind of response I expect from Epicor ...  but bashing Epicor is against the rules here :slight_smile:

No it's not, Epicor support sucks! :smiley: 

This is common with Epicor and licensing. Call your CAM and have him issue a new license. I went through something similar with them.
