Can someone help me understand how the tax works depending on the sales kit settings on pricing.
When the Kit on sales order have Parent pricing
vs
When the Kit on sales order have Component pricing
what i want to achieve at the end is In AR invoice, show the sum of kit components’ tax on the sales kit parent line (if the sales kit was set as component pricing in the sales order). I dont want to show a breakdown of component lines on the AR invoice.
I saw that the sales kit parent line have the tax amount i want associated in the OrderRelTax table. But in the invoice details, the parent lines dont have a tax value. only the component lines do.
Currently our AR invoice don’t display the tax values for the sales kit parent lines. It only shows the total tax for the AR invoice.
